Just wanted to give one of the greatest ministers of the gospel a birthday shout out cause I know he reads my blog:) Today is the 90th birthday of the Rev. Billy Graham. Billy Graham has preached to more people around the world than any person in history. Ever. He has preached the gospel to hundreds of millions of people. He was married and faithful to one woman his entire life. His life embodied character, passion and love for Christ and serving everyone he came across.
He has spiritually advised every President since Truman, his spiritual legacy now lives on through his son Franklin Graham and his organization Samaritan’s Purse that helps the underprivileged all over the world. The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association continues to be strong and will ensure his heart and passion will continue around the world.
I thank God for men like Billy Graham who laid a foundation spiritually for every evangelical pastor in America and around the world. His influence on Christianity in the 20th century and now in the 21st, is hard to fathom. If you would like to leave Rev. Graham a birthday message, click here.
